Responding to Cyberbullying: There's no app for that

Cyberbullying is a symptom of a major and growing problem in the age of technology and social media. The Internet is a mirror which reflects our society for better and for worse, and cyberbullying is one of the damaging consequences. Responding to this major problem requires responses from many different players and different kinds of responses—including law, education and prevention. The strengths and weaknesses of our legal responses to date are explored and evaluated. It is a complex problem with no App.
