Elizabeth Edwards is an Associate Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences and a previous Vice-President of the University of King's College. She teaches in the Contemporary Studies Programme and the Foundation Year Programme. Her teaching and research interests include Middle English literature, pain, psychoanalysis, contemporary art, literary theory, and theory of the gift. She is the author of The Origin of Narrative in Mallory's Morte Darthur (Boydell and Brewer, 2001) as well as articles on Middle English literature and the art of Andy Warhol.
Stephen Boos is an Associate Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of King's College. He is the Director of the Contemporary- Studies Programme and also teaches in the Foundation Year Programme. His current research interests include idealist aesthetics, the aesthetics of nature, environmental philosophy, the Frankfurt School, and phenomenology. He is co-editor, with Dorota Glowacka, of Between Ethics and Aesthetics (SUNY, 2002).
