Dorota Glowacka teaches critical theory and Holocaust studies in the Contemporary Studies Programme at the University of King's College in Halifax, Canada. She is a coeditor of Between Ethics and Aesthetics (SUNY Press, 2002) and of Imaginary Neighbors: Mediating Polish-Jewish Relations after the Holocaust (Nebraska UP, 2007), and editor of the special issue of Culture Machine entitled "Community". She is the author of over twenty journal articles and books chapters in the area of Holocaust studies and critical theory. She is currently working on the project "Jewish Memory in Today's Poland and the Polish National Narrative" and completing a book manuscript on representations of the Hoiocaust between ethics and aesthetics.
