Victor Kocay

Victor Kocay is Associate Professor of French at Saint Francis Xavier University. He has published several articles on French literature of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, as well as a monograph on the philosophy of Roman lngarden (Forme et référence: le langage de Roman Ingarden [Mardaga, 1996]). Influenced by phenomenology and resthetic philosophy, his primary interests include language use and the expression of subjectivity in literary texts.
