Douglas C. Baxter

Douglas Clark Baxter is Associate Professor of History at Ohio University and the author of Servants of the Sword: French Intendants of the Army, 1630-70 (1976), plus various articles. He is currently working on an overview of Bourbon dynastie marriage,1589-1789.
