ERIC JOLY holds the Doctor of Philosophy in
Philosophy from Université Laval (Québec) and is now postdoctoral fellow
in the Department of Classics at Queen‘s University (Kingston, Ontario).
He is, at present, working on a translation of Nemesius of Emesa. He
also works on the neoplatonist tradition from Plotinus to Proclus and is
focused on the question of soul. His email address is
