The Influence of Plotinian Metaphysics in St. Augustine‘s Conception of the Spiritual Senses

Martin Sastri graduated with an MA in Classics from Dalhousie University in October 2006 and is now a PhD candidate at the Medieval Institute, University of Notre Dame. His research has focused on the impact of pagan neoplatonism on Patristic conceptions of psychology and subjectivity. He is currently working on Byzantine Christian doctrines of spiritual perception.
