Author Biography

Donald Gamble

D.R. Gamble taught at Oxford and in Ontario before being appointed to lecture on nineteenth-century poetry and drama at Memorial University in 1984. He is particularly interested in French theatre and has given papers and written a number of articles on Alfred de Musset. His current research, in comparative literature, involves the theatre of Jean Giraudoux.
