Renée Larrier is Professor of French at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ where she also serves as Graduate Program Director. Author of Autofiction and Advocacy in Francophone Literature (2006), Francophone Women Writers of Africa and the Caribbean (2000), co-editor of Migrating Words and Worlds: Panafricanism Revisited (1999), she has also published numerous articles in scholarly journals. Along with Brinda Mehta, she is co-editing the Summer 2010 issue of L‘Esprit créateur titled “Indian Ethnoscapes in Francophone Literature.”
