Jean-Louis Pautrot

Jean-Louis Pautrot is Associate Professor of French at Saint Louis University. He teaches twentieth-century literature, culture and film. His research centers on the interrelations of music, literature and film. Publications include a study of music in Sartre, Proust, Vian, Duras (La musique oubliee [Droz, 1994 ]), articles on Robbe-Grillet, Hodeir, Modiano, Malle, and Tati, and a forthcoming monograph on Pascal Quignard.
