Lynne D. Rogers holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Connecticut. She has published on contemporary North African fiction in French and on the Spanish writer Juan Goytisolo. Recently, she taught at Bir Zeit University in Palestine for two years, first as a guest lecturer and in 1996-97 as a Fulbright lecturer.
