John Stout

John Stout teaches French and Comparative Literature at McMaster University. He has published Antonin Artaud's Altemate Genealogies: Self-Portraits and Family Romances (1996) as well as several articles on twentieth-century French poetry. He is currently at work on a book-length study to be entitled Objects Observed: Poetry and Still-Life in Twentieth-Century France.
