David G. Robertson holds a PhD in philosophy from King‘s College London. He has published several articles in Greek Patristics, Hellenistic philosophy, and Later Greek philosophy, and has recently completed his first book, Word and Meaning in Ancient Alexandria. Theories of Language from Philo to Plotinus (Ashgate, 2008). Other research interests include Stoicism, Plato‘s dialogues, Boethius, and Augustine‘s philosophy of mind.
