Lista de comprobación para la preparación de envíos
Como parte del proceso de envío, los autores/as están obligados a comprobar que su envío cumpla todos los elementos que se muestran a continuación. Se devolverán a los autores/as aquellos envíos que no cumplan estas directrices.- The submission file is a Microsoft Word file named LastnameFirstinitial.doc (or .docx).
- The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point font; and uses italics for emphasis, rather than underlining. All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. The text uses the Chicago Manual of Style Author-Date system for bibliographic citation.

Faculty sponsor form. Each submission requires the sponsorship of a university/college faculty member. The JUE is committed to the mentoring of undergraduates at all stages of research.
Faculty sponsors should email a brief letter of support either directly or as an attachment with the student’s submission. The sponsoring letter should indicate that the sponsor has read and critiqued the manuscript on its content, method, grammar, and overall presentation. Information on the original purpose of the paper (course assignment, conference, etc.) is appreciated.
In addition, assert that the research adhered to institutional, departmental, or disciplinary ethical standards. Finally, confirm that the planning, execution, and writing of the manuscript represents primarily the work of the undergraduate author(s).
