About the Journal
The Dalhousie Journal of Interdisciplinary Management (DJIM) is a diamond open-access and peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal that publishes works submitted by graduate students at Dalhousie University. The purpose of the journal is to provide an accessible platform for early-career researchers and early-career professionals to share their works with the academic community.
Scope
The DJIM publishes works from a variety of fields related to management including but not limited to:
- Environmental studies, environmental management, marine management, and natural resource management
- Library science, information science, archival science, and information management
- Public administration, public policy, health administration, and international affairs
- Business administration, marketing, accountancy, and finance
- Leadership, entrepreneurship, management science, and strategic management
- Land use planning, urban planning, spatial planning, and regional planning
You do not have to be a graduate student in the Faculty of Management to submit a manuscript. We invite submissions from graduate students enrolled in a program in the following academic units:
